Angelina's BIO
Angelina has been Performing the Art of Middle Eastern Belly Dance in Chicago and various venues through the United States, running the gamut from Stage Shows to Corporate & Cultural events, Nightclubs to Weddings. She was chosen out of three separate audition calls for the role of principle dancer in The Lyric Opera's 2002-2003 season's production of Thais Staring Renee Fleming.
Angelina was trained under renowned Master Performer, Instructor, Choreographer and the Co-author of The Art of Belly Dancing. Dahlena whom she has been graced by having as Mother.
Angelina, aside from performing solo, also teaches classes and leads a small group of select dancers who perform both the Traditional, Modern and Folkloric forms of
Middle Eastern Dance.
